What Are Binaural Beats? | The Benefits of Brainwaves & Binaural Beats

Life is about rhythm. We vibrate, our hearts are pumping blood; we are a rhythm machine.
- Mickey Hart

The audio tracks included in this program are more powerful than any other hypnosis and affirmation programs out there today, partly because they include binaural beat technology. This technology guides your mind into a super learning state, advanced creativity, and vivid visualization.
Binaural beats work for a very wide variety of issues and different frequencies can assist you with anything from improved sleep to greater problem-solving skills. Let’s take a look at how binaural beats work.
The Healing Power Of Binaural Beats
A physicist discovered binaural beats in 1839. He found when a person listens to one sound frequency in one ear and a different one in the other ear, the brain detects the difference and tries to equalize them. As the brain tries to reconcile the difference, it creates a third signal. It is the difference in frequency between the two ears.
For instance, if you listen to a soundtrack and it uses a 100 Hz signal in your left ear and 105 Hz in your right, the difference between the signals fluctuates as your brain tries to compensate. This creates a pulse. This is a binaural beat.
So what’s this all have to do with affirmations and hypnosis? Deep brain programming involves training your brainwaves. Your brainwaves are the electrical patterns your brain creates when it sends signals across brain neurons. An electroencephalogram (EEG) can record these cyclic, wave-like patterns.

The brain produces five types of brainwaves; alpha, beta, delta, gamma, and theta.
Beta Waves 14 to 32 Hz
For the most part, your brain produces beta brainwaves. They indicate you’re consciously alert. Critical thinking, logic, and reasoning all produce beta waves. Beta waves also occur when you're stressed, agitated
or fearful.
Alpha Waves 7 to 14 Hz
Alpha waves are lower frequency and more relaxing. They offer an ideal state for learning because you’re relaxed and open to new ideas. Most people produce alpha waves when they’re drifting off to sleep or when they’re still drowsy after sleep. You feel good because you have high serotonin levels and you can dip into your subconscious. You’re more receptive to hypnosis and you can benefit from visualization. You remember more and you concentrate well.
Benefits include alleviating stress, anxiety and pain and bolstering your energy level, motivation and happiness.
Theta Waves 3.5 to 7 Hz
Theta waves produce a trance-like state. Meditators may produce them when they’re aware of their surroundings, but very relaxed. They achieve a sense of inner peace and calm the clutter in their mind. Theta waves may provide a sense of spiritual connection, heighten one’s intuition, and inspire them too.
Theta waves reduce stress and anxiety and promote sleep. They also produce many beneficial hormones necessary for good health and longevity.

Delta Waves 0.1 to 3.5 Hz
Your brain produces delta waves when you’re in a deep sleep. It is when your body and mind rebuilds and releases many beneficial hormones to promote healing. During delta sleep you’re entering your subconscious.
Gamma Waves 40Hz or higher
Limited research shows gamma waves increase self-control, heighten senses, and increase compassion, intelligence and happiness. Transcendental mental states through years of meditative practice seem to produce gamma waves14.
A 2004 study compared the brainwaves of long-term Tibetan Buddhist meditative practitioners with novice meditators. In a normal meditative state, both groups had similar brain activity. However, when the monks directed their thoughts towards a feeling of compassion, their brains produced rhythmic gamma waves.
*****
Obviously, producing gamma waves is best, but it also takes many years of disciplined training to do. However, you can produce alpha waves using binaural beats, affirmations, and hypnosis. Basically, they provide a short cut so you can enter the alpha state quicker for change.
Alpha brain waves slow you down so you can better analyze complex situations, absorb new information, and plan change. The alpha state increases beneficial neurotransmitters such as noroepinephrine, dopamine and beta-endorphins for expanded mental clarity and the effects last too.
All 21 of my hypnosis and affirmation programs include a bonus track with binaural beats and my voice. Each track uses carefully chosen frequencies to coincide with the topic and to create the correct neurological response.

Section 11:
Positive Self-Talk: An Additional Tool for SUCCESS
Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement, or destructively using words of despair. Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble.
- Yehuda Berg
We all carry on discussion in our head throughout the day. You may wonder what you’ll wear or eat for lunch. However, we also carry on an inner monologue about ourselves.
Self-talk is the mental conversation you have in your mind and it has everything to do with self-esteem and confidence. YOU have the ability to create productive, proactive and positive thoughts by changing your self- talk. Affirmations are an easy way to feel better about you and your life.
Boost Your Confidence
Positive self-talk helps boost your confidence. You may tremble when you think about speaking in front of a group, but positive affirmations can help you change how you think so you can overcome your fears. On the other hand, negative self-talk stops you from performing well. It fills your head with doubts and creates physical responses.
For instance, if you constantly tell yourself you’re not good at public speaking you’ll probably start to sweat, your throat might constrict, and you may start shaking. Positive self-talk through affirmations tunes your brain towards better outcomes.

Avoid Depression
Thinking negatively produces negative responses. When you think this way often, you can become depressed and feel worthless. Negative thoughts also affect your body. You may lose sleep, eat poorly, and neglect exercise. Positive affirmations help you avoid this.
Instead of saying “I can’t” or “Why bother?” you learn how to say “I can” and “I can’t wait!” The world becomes a beautiful place full of opportunities and connections, instead of a dark, isolated place inside your head.
Manage Stress
No one can eliminate all stress from their life, but you can learn to manage it and it is vital you do. Stress damages your body, but positive self-talk calms and makes you less anxious. Many studies show stress is the most common cause of disease, so use my affirmations to combat it.
Accomplish Your Dreams
Talk to any accomplished athlete and you’ll discover they use positive self- talk. It helps them prepare for competition and gives them that extra push they need when they need it. You can use it accomplish your dreams.
Positive self-talk creates the correct mindset for success. If you believe you cannot do something you won’t do your best or you might not even try. Create believable goals and use positive self-talk to reach them.
Understand You
To change you first must see what’s wrong. You need to understand who you are and then master the thoughts that hold you back. If you’re hard on yourself, you’re doing yourself a disservice. Calling yourself stupid or deriding yourself because you made a mistake won’t improve anything, but switching to positive self-talk will. If you catch yourself insulting yourself, try one of my affirmations instead. They instill confidence and positivity.
